Start by researching the area you would like to live in. What is important to you, for example, schools, closeness to family and work, transport links, shops and hospitals.
We are always happy to answer queries and concerns regarding a property. We understand that everyone’s situation is different and therefore we try to be sympathetic and to treat you as an individual. We will do what we can to assist you and to help you find a home that is suitable.
We understand that you have a busy life. Therefore we will always try to arrange viewings at a time that suits you where possible. Evening and weekend viewings are usually available.
Charges and Fees
There are no fees relating to your tenancy application. When your references have been received satisfactory, and you tenancy approved, you will be required to pay the initial month’s rent and the deposit.
Rent is always payable monthly in advance. You will be required to pay the first month’s rent and the deposit (equivalent to one month’s rent minimum) prior to moving in.
A guarantor may in some cases be required. There is no cost for this. The guarantor must be a home owner, in receipt of regular income, and employed with a permanent contract. They are party to the agreement and therefore will be required to sign the tenancy.
